Please send payment of $195 to begin deed preparation. You may pay by check (mail to PO Box 412, Wexford, PA 15090) or Paypal ([email protected]).

The preparation takes 2 Business days to be completed.

If PMRG will be coordinating your deed signing, an invoice will be presented at the signing with the completed deed.
